The 4th edition of the Kids Kino.Lab finished a day before the Kids Kino Industry set off. A week later, “Let’s Go Grandpa!” received an award from the Audiovisual Technology Center. That’s a really good start! Moreover, earlier this year, the project received the funding for development from the Polish Film Institute.

Ceta award goes to… “Let’s Go Grandpa!”


The Audiovisual Technology Center (Ceta) Post Production award worth PLN 60.000 went to Polish project “Let’s Go Grandpa!” produced by Karolina Galuba from Furia Film and written by Emil Płoszajski.

Eleven projects developed within Kids Kino.Lab have been presented this year at Kids Kino Industry, an international co-production forum. We keep fingers crossed for all the participants! It’s a great pleasure and honour to have such a great filmmakers in our community.


The first project of the next edition is… “Planet 7693”


The award for “Let’s Go Grandpa” was not the last exciting moment. During the Closing Ceremony at Kids Kino Industry, our tutor Kristen Bonnen Rask announced the winner of the Kids Kino.Lab award which went to the “Planet 7693” from Montenegro. The project is produced by Marko Jaćimović ad written by Ana Vujadinović and Gojko Berkuljan. Huge congrats!

The “Planet 7693” tells a story of a boy who is trying to heal disrupted family relations with the help of  a mysterious friend.
