Logline:
Alice (12) has a secret. She is great at playing computer games. But no one knows. When her mother stumbles across Alice´s secret, it leads to a huge fight that ends in a car crash. Alice wakes up and discovers she has been plunged into the world of a mysterious game. She must gather a group of young gamers and, with their help, overthrow the Black Queen. Winning in this virtual realm is difficult, yet possible. The hardest battle, however, is waiting for Alice back in the real world.

Hana Cielová studied scriptwriting at FAMU and is a very experienced scriptwriter working for film and television. The feature film Ženská na vrcholu / Woman at the Peak (2019, dir. Lenka Kny) based on her screenplay reached more than 200,000 cinema viewers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was bought by Netflix. The co-production feature film Generál / General, based on her script about the legendary Slovak historical figure M.R. Štefánik, is currently in production.
Julietta Sichel

Julietta Sichel is a Czech film producer, film theorist, film historian, journalist, and festival programmer. From, 1995 she worked as a programmer at the Karlovy Vary IFF and from 2005 to 2010, she was the festival’s program director. Sichel started producing films in 2010, after founding 8Heads Productions. One of the latest titles produced by Sichel is a feature film for the teenage audience Smečka / The Pack, 2020 (co-production of Czechia, Latvia and Slovakia).
